History information
The Commission's decision is that this burial site is unmaintainable and that the graves would remain undisturbed at the request of the relatives with the official commemoration at Haut Nistos Communal Cemetery, Haute-Pyrenees. The land was acquired by the French State and granted to the Commission under the War Graves Agreement. The Commission has also arranged basic maintenance although the burial ground cannot be maintained on a regular basis.
