Location information

Taiping is a town in Perak State, about 97 kilometres south-east of Penang in the north- west of Malaysia. It can be reached by motorway either from Penang or from Ipoh, capital city of the state. All Saints Church is on the southern outskirts of the town, close to the prison. The single war grave is marked by a standard Commission headstone located in the small area of the churchyard to the right of the church.
