Location information
King Island lies off the north-western point of Tasmania, at the western end of Bass Strait. The town of Currie is on the west coast, 6 miles south of Currie Aerodrome. The cemetery is on John Street, half a mile from the post office. Four airmen of the Royal Australian Air Force are buried here.
