Location information

Minna, the administrative centre of the Niger Province in the Northern Region, is on the main railway line about 402 kilometres south-west of Kano. The European Cemetery forms part of the Public Cemetery which is situated about 2 kilometres from the town, off the Abuja road. The grave of the 1 Commonwealth soldier of the 1939-1945 war buried here is marked by a headstone and is surrounded by a concrete kerb.
