Roseau public cemetery is approximately 1 kilometre from the port on the Bath Road, opposite the Roman Catholic cemetery. The grave of Private Briggs, a standard Commission headstone on a concrete base with two broad concrete steps leading to it, is in the right rear corner of the small site.
